Translations
The price of the translation of any document is calculated according to:

the word count.

the technical difficulty of the subject matter.

the complexity of the language.
Here is an indication of the pricing for some standard documents*

Standard Australian birth certificate $55

Apostilled documents are subject to an extra charge of $10.

Non-standard documents are charged between $0.15 and $0.35 per word.
A minimum fee of $40 applies to all translations.

Editing and proofreading
The price of editing and proofreading any document is calculated according to:

the length of the document.

the complexity of the language
Editing fees vary between $0.09 and $0.17 per word. Proofreading fees vary between $0.045 and $0.08 per word. We are happy to work within a defined budget, so please contact us or send us the document for an exact quote.
Methods of payment
Australian customers
The preferred method of payment is bank transfer, for its reliability and speed.
However, we also accept payment by Paypal and bank cheque.
Of course, it is possible to pay cash if collecting in person.
French costumers
Payment can be made by bank transfer to a French bank account.
All detail of payment will be included in the quote.
Please be aware that the translated or proofread document(s) will be delivered only once the payment clears.
